Our Recruitment

At Assured Welfare, we recognise that to work with vulnerable children and young people, potential members of staff must undergo rigorious vetting procedures to ensure that the safety and the level of professional standards are not only met but are exceeded when dealing with vulnerable young people. For our care is Assured.

  • A satisfactory enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Disclosure is used to vet all of our staff.

  • A full manual driving licence is required to join our team, along with a satisfactory driving record.

  • Each and every member of staff must present evidence of the right to work in the UK.

  • Before joining Assured Welfare, potential staff members must provide satisfactory references.
